Scout Day at Circus Flora June 14th at 1:00 p.m.
Our troops will have the opportunity to attend a special Scout Day at Circus Flora on Saturday June 14th at 1:00 p.m. This is a special performance for Scouts and their families. It includes a behind the scenes backlot tour and Q&A session with some performers.
The cost is $20. Costs for the Girl Scout members will be paid with troop funds. Any parents or Tag-A-Longs will be $20 per person. This cost includes the ticket, two snacks, and a patch.
We are on a short timeframe for submitting money. Please let us know how many people from your family will attend by THIS FRIDAY, May 16th. Payment for any parents or tag-a-longs (siblings) is due to Milli or Anndee by next Wednesday, May 21st.
Please note this is also the date of the Komen Race for the Cure.
Circus Flora takes place at Grand Center in the parking lot of Powell Symphony Hall.
It is a wonderful venue and a great circus of local talent for those of you who haven’t seen it before.
Make sure you or your child will definitely be coming before you RSVP. If you sign up for your daughter to attend and she does not, please be prepared to find a replacement scout to attend in her place or reimburse the troop the cost of $20. It takes a lot of boxes of cookies to earn $20, so let’s not waste our hard earned funds!
